Nadia almost laughed out loud when she heard this. “Why do you have to pretend to be rich when you don’t. even have money? Don’t you know that you’ll only be making a fool of yourself if you can’t pay?” Nadia asked. She felt pleased to have “won.”
Jenna only smiled. She didn’t say anything else. In her head, she thought of Nadia as a brainless idiot. It doesn’t
even take much to fool her.

The sales person was grinning from ear. She’s definitely going to make a lot from the commissions of these clothes today. She can’t be happier than this!
She immediately took the clothes from Nadia and calculated the prices.
“That will be a total of ten million dollars ma’am” the sales person told Nadia.
The smile disappeared from Nadia’s face when she heard that. Ten million dollars?? She doesn’t have that much money to throw on just five dresses!

Very reluctantly, she opened her bag and brought out her card. She passed it over to the salesperson who took it from her and swiped the card.

“Declined” the sales person said. She looked down on people trouble. Now she can’t even afford the dress. What does she really think of herself?
Nadia snatched that card away and gave the sales person another card. “What declined? I’m sure that’s there’s enough in here to cover it! Your machine doesn’t seem to be working!” Nadia said.
The sales person really wanted to roll her eyes but the protocols of the mall states that she can’t be rude to a client. Even if she badly wants to tell Nadia to go fuck herself, she still had to be polite to her.
She swiped the second card. It was still the same thing. Declined.
“I’m afraid that the problem isn’t from our machine. Why don’t you try some other card?” The sales person asked sarcastically.
She has seen a lot of people in her line of work. They all pretend to be high and mighty, having numerous cards. but the truth is they don’t have a single dime in all of those cards.
“I….” Nadia was really embarrassed now. Her withdrawal limit for her cards is just five million. How can she give Een million in one go? She had definitely gotten herself into a bind this time.
She turned over to Bella but Bella acted as if she had not seen Nadia’s expectant gaze. If she doesn’t let Nadia earn her lesson today, she’s still going to think that she can do whatever she wants and get away with it without consequences.

But the truth remains that Jenna had purposely set a trap for her to fall into.

Axiel had gone to answer a call before. He was really worried about Acella’s attitude so he was always calling to check up on her and to make sure that she isn’t planning on doing anything to hurt herself.
He had ended up talking to her personal bodyguard Matthew for a long time.
He walked over to Jenna with a confused look on her face.
He looked over at Nadia who looked scared and Bella who obviously don’t what a part in anything.
Axiel’s gaze only landed on Nadia for a few seconds before he looked away. He acted as if he didn’t know her at
all.
As if the both of them haven’t been sleeping together until a few days ago.
Of course Nadia saw the way Axiel ignored her. Her heart felt like it was getting ripped into shreds.
She thought that Jenna was the only one here. She had no idea that she had actually come with Axiel!
“Axiel I…..” Nadia wanted to explain herself but Axiel wasn’t even looking at her so how can she even do that?
Axiel turned to Jenna. “I just left you alone for a few minutes. How did you get into a conflict with them?” Axiel asked. Even though it sounded as if he was scolding Jenna, his tone was filled with a lot of Patience.
Nadia was so jealous that she wanted to cough up some blood. When has Axiel ever been this nice and patient to her?

She even proposed to pay ten times more for the clothes that I picked just to prove that she’s better and richer than me” Jenna said.
Nadia was embarrassed. She was regretting not listening to Bella. She should have just listened to her and left this placel Why did she have to prove that she’s better than Jenna and end up making a fool of herself in the process?
